RETURN POLICY

At Dashkay we are certain that you will be happy with your pieces, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly help you. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for returns, you will receive a STORE CREDIT to the equal value of the original purchase being returned (this does not include shipping cost). All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Below are the following guidelines to be eligible for a return.

 

  • Items must be returned and delivered within 14 days maximum from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and free of ANY damage in the same condition you received it.
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, tanning lotions or any other stains of any form.
  • Items must be absolutely free of cigarette smell, perfume, food and bodily odor.


NOTE: Any returns made that do not comply with all conditions stated on this return policy will be denied and returned to the customer at their cost.

 

 

How do I make my return?

Email us with your request to return at Customersupport@dashkay.com. Please provide us with your order number. Upon reviewing your reason for request, if approved, we will provide you with a returns form via email. Thoroughly fill out the returns form and send it back to us along with the item being returned. When packing your return, use protective packaging as we will not accept a return that has been damaged during transition due to poor packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

When will I have access to my store credit?

When your items reach our warehouse, all goods will be inspected. Once we process your return, we will send out an email and we ask you give us two weeks to complete the process and provide you with your store credit. The store credit is only valid for the customer who made the purchase.

NOTE: All returned shipping is to be covered by the customer and shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
